I celebrated my 75th Birthday with my family at Chesford Grange Hotel. There were 26 of us for dinner with a variety of special needs with respect to allergies all of which were accommodated The staff were all very helpful especially Kumar and his staff who waited on us in our private room. The hotel is well situated with many nearby locations worth a visit. All in all it was a wonderful weekend.

Good food nice staff who looked after us well

Picked this hotel due to its proximity to Stoneleigh Park. The hotel is set within lovely grounds and felt very peaceful. Plenty of parking and electric charge points. All the staff we met were a credit to the hotel. They were friendly, professional and provided a great service. Lots of dining options and areas to sit. Large, modern, clean and well appointed room. Very good value.

I had my 40th birthday party at Chesford Grange in the Stratford Suite, and it was fantastic!!! The staff, the food, the room, everything was perfect!! I have to say a huge thank you to Kumar, for taking my vision and making it a reality!! He made it an entirely stress-free experience and I can’t say thank you enough!! Also a big thank you to Angela for making sure that I actually ate, by making me up a plate of food!! An incredible night from start to finish, I would recommend to everyone!! Thank you so much xxx

The pool was lovely and there was a great buffet breakfast with a range of different foods and drinks - top quality hotel with plush rooms and a smart lounge and bar area

My family and I cannot thank the team at Chesford Grange enough for the kindness and support they have shown us during what has been a very stressful time. We are staying at the hotel while our son is being treated at Warwick Hospital and having surgery. When his operation was unexpectedly postponed, we suddenly found ourselves needing to stay for an additional night. Despite the hotel hosting a major event and clearly being extremely busy, Gavin Cairns and the team went out of their way to find us a room in our budget and help us through a difficult situation. What has always made Chesford Grange special is not just the beautiful hotel itself, but the people. Gavin and every member of staff we encountered from reception to restaurant to housekeeping treated us with genuine care, compassion and understanding. They didn’t see us as just another booking; they treated us as human beings going through a challenging family situation. Whenever there has been an issue or a problem, the staff have always done their best to resolve it quickly and professionally. Nothing ever seems too much trouble, and that level of customer service is becoming increasingly rare. We may still need to stay another night as our son is not yet ready to travel, and knowing we have a supportive and welcoming place to return to has been a huge comfort. Thank you, Gavin, and thank you to the entire Chesford Grange team for your kindness, professionalism and humanity. We will not forget it and would highly recommend Chesford Grange to anyone looking for a hotel where the staff truly care about their guests.

A fantastic hotel all needs catered for, visit the hotel a few times a year and are consistently good

We come back to this hotel again and again for so many reasons but one of the main ones is the staff. The Events, Reception, Operations and Housekeeping staff are all exceptional and go above and beyond to ensure all our needs are catered for. Shout to Kumar, Ajay, Chrissy, Gavin, and Chef Maged for all their hard work over the weekend and looking after us so well.

Great food and quick service. Our waitress, Nika, was wonderful—friendly, attentive, and made our visit even better. We really enjoyed our meal and would definitely come back!

We had a pleasant overnight stay at Chesford Grange Hotel in a family room. We didn't eat in the restaurant in the evening, but the food & drinks in the Manor & Terrace bar were very nice, and the staff were all very friendly and attentive. The deck and terrace at the rear of the hotel is also a lovely place to eat and/or drink as it surrounded by mature trees and nice gardens. The weather was very hot during our stay so we spent the evening sat on the terrace enjoying a bottle of wine which was very enjoyable. Our room was a little tired and needed redecorating, plus one of the windows was stuck open. However, the room was a good size, had air conditioning, and the beds were comfortable, so I can forgive the decor! My son and I used the pool in the morning before breakfast and that was also very nice. The pool isn't huge, but it's nice enough for a morning swim. Breakfast was also very nice with lots of healthy options, cereals, etc., plus the usual buffet cooked breakfast. The hotel has 2 x 100kWh super fast chargers, plus several more 22kWh and 7kWh chargers, so there is plenty of capacity for EV owners. The chargers are also Octopus Electroverse compatible which is very convenient for any customers that use the Electroverse app or RFID tags, so you don't have to download any new apps to charge your vehicle. We really liked the hotel and would definitely stay there again.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Deserved 5+ stars! (Having air conditioning in the room in the summer is heaven! 😁) After an awful experience at another hotel that couldn’t provide us with the room we had already booked, we called Chesford Grange Hotel at around 11 pm to see if they had any rooms available. Thankfully, they did, and we headed straight over. Dean and the other staff gave us such a warm welcome from the moment we arrived. Everyone was friendly, helpful, and made us feel at ease after what had been a really stressful evening. Their kindness and professionalism made a huge difference. The room was clean, comfortable, and quiet, and I finally had a great night’s sleep! A huge thank you to Dean (Superstar!) and the whole team for helping us out and making us feel so welcome. We will definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!
