Excellent location for our two night stay. The room was spotlessly clean, large comfortable bed, and spacious shower room. Excellent breakfast included during our stay. Friendly and very helpful staff throughout the hotel. This is our second break at this hotel, and will certainly return again.

A very enjoyable stay with excellent and friendly service We had a very enjoyable stay at Chesford Grange. We booked a Classic Family Room, which had one double bed and a sofa bed, as described on the hotel website. The room was clean and had a very good, powerful shower. When we first arrived, unfortunately the room was not cool enough and felt uncomfortable. We spoke to Kumar, who immediately arranged for someone to come up and check the room. We really appreciated how quickly he responded and tried to resolve the issue for us. The following morning, during breakfast, Kumar kindly continued to assist us and helped us speak with Gavin, the Front Office Manager. Gavin was very understanding and helped arrange for us to move to a much larger room with two double beds and much better air conditioning. The new room was very clean, spacious and comfortable. We were also given complimentary drinks, which was a lovely and thoughtful gesture. What impressed us most was the friendliness of the staff throughout the hotel. Everyone we met was welcoming, polite and genuinely helpful. We felt very welcome throughout our stay. We also really enjoyed using the swimming pool and Leisure Club. The Leisure Club staff were very friendly and helpful, and kindly assisted us with booking a swimming pool time slot, which made things much easier for our family. Although we initially experienced an issue with the temperature of our first room, the way the team handled it turned the situation into a very positive experience. Kumar and Gavin both went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable, and we really appreciated their professionalism, kindness and willingness to help. A special thank you to Kumar, Gavin and all the staff who looked after us during our stay. Your hospitality made a real difference, and we would be very happy to stay at Chesford Grange again.

A very nice weekend break. Room comfortable and very clean. Hotel facilities excellent and all staff very friendly,cheerful and efficient. Did not have evening meals but breakfasts were very good with wide range of choices to suit every taste. Conveniently located with ample parking. Will definately return when visiting this part of england

Well located, with good parking and recharging points. Rooms clean and comfortable, selection at breakfast satisfactory, evening meals good selection but pricey and food quality very poor, some of the worst I’ve had in a long time, stay clear of fish and chips, all dishes nicely presented but tasteless and quality of cooking poor, portion size of cheese board tiny . Poor check in experience with no explanations given of the various forms shoved at me and instructed to complete. Told room 2 floors up to room, in lift, but not that reception was on floor 2, confusing!

My stay at Chesford Grange was so lovely. The amenities and rooms were great and the service was amazing, especially by Rohith who was so friendly and kind.

As always a fabulous stay here. Large airy comfortable clean rooms, attentive staff, welcoming atmosphere at reception, bar and restaurant. Wide choice of food. Ate one night in the restaurant and one night in the bar. Both times the food was very good, service was excellent and the staff went out of their way to be incredibly friendly. Thank you

Friendly staff, very welcoming. Dog friendly. We had a fantastic room which had a patio door that led straight out to a grassy area, perfect for early morning and late night final walks. Air-conditioning in the room! Very grateful for that as we were there when it was 39° outside, and a small fridge to keep water cold. Clean room, 2 double beds, nice bathroom. Bath very tall sides to get in, but OK for us as we are agile enough to be able to climb in. Can't take the dog into the restaurant, but OK in the bar area and the terrace for drinks in the evening, food at dinner and breakfast. Breakfast selection was good, love buffet style as I'm fussy so I can pick what I want. Hot full English, pastries, cereals, museli, granola, toast, fruit.....

Honestly, Poppy and the other ladies at reception have been absolutely amazing and couldn’t fault them at all. From the moment we checked in we were made to feel special. Absolutely incredible service and we haven’t even checked out yet

Gregg at the bar was very attentive and looked after us very well. Highly recommend him.

I came to the hotel for work, on my own sat in the bar area. The staff were super friendly, unfortunately the chicken salad I ordered wasn’t great however the staff and chef sorted it. I had the Burger which was lovely but when I saw the tikka curry I wish I’d of ordered that ☺️it looked lovely! Norbi was excellent approached the complaint straight away lovely bar and staff would recommend 😊

The room was lovely with very good air conditioning. Greg, who was serving food and drinks was both helpful and very friendly.

What a beautiful hotel to stay at for a couple of days while we visited a few historical sites nearby. All the staff we met were welcoming and extremely helpful. The room we stayed in had air-conditioning, a mini fridge and tea facilities etc with a lovely selection of beverages. The pool and spa staff supply you with towels and a locker token. The restaurant offers a wide choice of options to choose from and the young lady who served us both evenings was absolutely fantastic. Breakfast was well laid and again full of options to suit all. When up this way again, this hotel will definitely be our 1st choice to stay at. Thank you all for the welcome and service..

We have a fabulous experience from a lovely welcome at reception to the room being great. We ate and drank at the bar the service was friendly and efficient. Our waiter was very warm and chatty which is always lovely. Fabulous Hotel. Thank you. :)

Came here for an event which lasted multiple days and I couldn't fault it. The rooms and event spaces were spacious and clean. All the staff were so friendly and worked hard. All the food was lovely and breakfast had lots of options. There are lots of parking spaces and the nearby bus stop to and from Leamington Spa was handy.
