Good Hotel
We really enjoyed our 2 night stay. We were in a king size room which was great, spacious, large comfy bed, nice bathroom and very clean. The housekeeping staff were very good. Breakfast was buffet style and had a lot of choice. Pool was very nice. It was a good base to visit Leamington Spa, Kenilworth, Warwick and Stratford.
Lovely stay but lacking in guest interaction
I recently stayed at Chesford Grange for the first time. Overall it was a lovely stay and I slept really well, but the guest interaction just lacked that welcoming touch you would hope for. Check-in was very much to the point, surname asked for, keys issued, direction to room and that was it. There was no big welcome, and no mention of breakfast location or timings even though I had breakfast included. I'm quite self-sufficient, but as it was my first visit, it would have been nice to know without prompt or having to ask. On the plus side, the room was great. It was very clean, comfortable, and had everything you need (FYI the iron is behind the large mirror, I missed it at first!). I went down to the spa since it was complimentary as part of the stay. I asked for a robe but was told, "I'm trying to ration some." Personally, I'd rather be told they don't have any left than be told they have some but I can't have one. The pool temperature was good, the steam room was lovely, and the gym was great and very well equipped. The heated beds were nice, but the one labelled "warmer" should definitely be labelled with a warning as it was far too hot. It is all a little dated on that side, but I appreciate it's an old building. Hopefully, their next investment will be on the pool and spa area. We went off site for dinner but had coffees in the bar when we got back. The coffee was lovely and the team there were really friendly. Breakfast the next morning was a similar story to check-in. I was asked for my name, and once scored off the sheet, I was just left to it. There was no explanation of the seating or the buffet, almost as though it's expected you automatically know where everything is. Because of that, I only found the made to order menu after I'd already been to the buffet, which was a shame. It really was a nice stay, but I think you should be asking guests how their journeys were, check if they have been to the hotel before, and sell your business and its outlets at every opportunity.
A Centenary weekend away at a beautiful venue
imposing hotel sat in super surroundings, greeted warmly at reception, given a ground floor room as requested which was of a good size, clean and well furnished, we were attending the dog show the next day so did not mind the odd dog barking, the only minus point was the step over height of the bath to use the shower, impossible for my wife to attempt. We found the breakfast choice to be very good value.
Short stay
Very good 2 night stay with breakfast đŸ˜‹ All staff excellent, food good stay good Would recommend đŸ‘Œ
Top notch weekend away
Wonderful experience. Management must be doing something right, all the staff were pleasant and exceeded expectations. Everywhere clean. Great food and drink. Easy parking and lovely woodland walk out from the river (though this needs cutting back a bit). Nice swimming, friendly and helpful staff again. Breakfast exceptionally well organised and very tasty. Lovely room with aircon and good sound insulation. Flexible check in. Overall best hotel experience in years, we'll be back.
Wonderful Experience
An absolutely amazing experience! We enjoyed it so much that we booked a second massage during our stay. Bhoomi and Vanessa were exceptionally skilled. We will definitely be back!
CAirn Terrier Club Centenary Dinner & Show
Excellent Hotel, air con throughout thank goodness. Stayed for a formal dinner and dog show the following day. Only 1 minor complaint, I was unable to order wine pre dinner to be on the table when we went in. Only 1 wine waiter consequently we were on our main course befor I was able to order wine.
Lovely overnight stay
Lovely over night stay in air-conditioned, good sized room with king size bed. Both had superb nights sleep. Room service was prompt and vast menu to choose from. Breakfast was very tasty and plentiful. Whilst we didn't use the spa/gym, we did use the pool which was clean and great temperature. Very friendly staff and would definitely stay again.
Thoroughly recommend
Wonderful 2 night stay with visits to Stratford and an evening in Leamington Spa. Friendly and helpful staff, excellent food, clean room and facilities (if a little tired), good value deal.

I will I go back !
We go once a year for an event, the staff are always very helpful and accomadating. Checking in and out is always quick and easy. Especially helpful locating a lost item. Special effort by Kumar getting dinner served to 400 guest. Great hotel too.
Very nice hotel, but tikka snack if you order curry
This is the best hotel that I have stayed in recently. Parking is plentiful. The room was lovely, larger than average with a large bathroom. It was well maintained and clean with modern decor. Biscuits and water in the fridge were welcome. The bed was good and the pillows excellent. Aircon, blessed aircon, t's worth noting! The bar and restaurant areas are nice environments with a funky meets classical theme that is very on point at the moment. Premium soaps in the roomy bathroom, and a good shower capped it all off. I was very pleased so far. I had a curry for dinner and this was almost a soup. It was a tasty enough sauce but there were only five smallish pieces of chicken to be found. It was more of a fishing expedition that a dinner and it cost over £20. I told Dom who served me and he was very genuine in his concern. His reaction was good, but he evidently had no power to do anything. He told someone else who came over and apologised and said; 'it will not happen next time'. I'm not sure how that promise will be kept, it was a bit hollow and inadequate. It's a shame. This should have been a five star review and a new favourite.
A pleasant stay
The location of the hotel is convenient for local attractions within a short drive and the hotel has great outside seating. The hotel is maintained to a good standard with lovely bar and lounge areas and helpful staff on duty. Rooms and bedding excellent providing a good nights rest. Only one downside the buffet breakfast in the morning was not hot only luke warm. Would we stay again yes.
Great stay
Great stay for two nights, staff friendly, location was ideal for us, 15 min drive to Warwick, bed was comfortable, decent size, food was good, slightly overpriced but it’s a hotel , breakfast very good, outdoor seating plenty, car park good, can get busy
